One organization, many independent storefronts

A multi-store ecommerce platform for small agencies.

Manage several physical-goods storefronts in one organization. Give each brand its own catalog, domain, and Stripe connection, with team roles and visibility into store usage.

The case for a lighter store

Repeatable client delivery should not mean cloned infrastructure.

Configure each store independently while your team works from one organization. Choose this model when shared team access and organization-level billing suit your client relationships.

01

Scoped collaboration

Invite organization members, assign roles, and validate store access from authenticated membership.

02

Repeatable provisioning

Platform subdomains are automatic; custom domains use guided certificate validation and asynchronous infrastructure jobs.

03

Integration-ready

Create hashed, permission-scoped API keys and signed asynchronous webhooks with retry and replay.

A workable path

From decision to first order.

  1. 01

    Create the organization

Set the billing profile and invite the people responsible for operations.

  2. 02

    Add focused stores

Configure each brand, catalog, domain, Stripe account, shipping, and optional Stripe Tax independently.

  3. 03

    Operate by exception

Review orders and usage, keep each catalog current, and check domain and payment setup before handing a store to its operators.

A strong fit for

Know before you build.

  • Agencies with repeatable small-store builds
  • Operators managing several seasonal brands
  • Store-scoped API and webhook integrations
  • Organizations needing informational per-store cost breakdowns

Plain answers

Answers before you start.

Do I need to set up hosting for each client store?

No. Merchant Meadows provisions storefront hosting. Add your platform billing card and publish your catalog once hosting is ready. Add products, connect Stripe payments and configure shipping before enabling checkout; Stripe Tax is optional.

Can team members have different roles?

Yes. Membership and role checks are scoped through the organization and validated store access.

Can each store use a separate domain and Stripe account?

Yes. Stores own their domain and commerce configuration, and the payment integration is scoped to the store.

Is this a fully white-label client portal?

No. Storefronts support merchant branding and domains, but the administration experience remains Merchant Meadows. Check team access and shared billing requirements before choosing it for unrelated clients.
